Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth through proactive outreach efforts. You will identify new business opportunities in Latin America, connect with potential clients, and schedule meetings to support our sales team’s pipeline. This is a contractor role, paid in USD, with an initial 3-month contract. A successful BDR who meets and exceeds goals during this period will be offered a longer-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach via email, phone/WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for the sales team
• Occasionally attend Networking Events in CDMX to help with prospecting activities (transportation costs are covered by IMMERSE)
• Identify, engage, and qualify new leads
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to support sales initiatives
• Meet or exceed monthly meeting quotas
• Track and manage prospecting activities in CRM systems

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working both remotely and onsite.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting software is a plus.
• At least B2-level proficiency in English (spoken and written). Fluent in Spanish.
• Availability to work 80% remotely and 20% onsite in Mexico City. The onsite location can vary between Condesa/Roma neighborhoods or various central locations where networking events are being held.
• Contractor must provide their own equipment (computer, cell phone).
